What Is The Five Song Club?
The students you just watched each set a simple goal:
to confidently play five songs they genuinely enjoy.
Many started later in life after years of stop–start progress and frustration.
But with the right structure and guidance, things can change far more than most people expect.
These songs are simply the first milestone inside the Academy — not the whole journey.
Many students choose songs they already know but want to finally play well, while others select from the 40+ beautiful pieces available inside the programme.
The goal isn’t just learning songs — it’s building the technique, confidence, and musicality that lets you enjoy playing anything you love.
If they can do it, so can you.

There's No Pressure To Perform
Many of the students you’ve seen on this page never expected to record themselves playing.
In fact, quite a few joined the Academy simply hoping to improve their playing privately — not to perform or share videos.
But something interesting often happens.
As their confidence grows and their playing becomes more enjoyable, many students choose to record and share their progress.
Not because they have to.
Because they want to.
And while sharing your recordings is completely optional inside the Academy, the videos on this page show what can happen when players who once struggled for years finally follow a clear path.
It’s also important to know that sharing recordings is completely optional inside the Academy.
Many members join simply to improve their playing and enjoy their guitar again.
But as their confidence grows, quite a few eventually choose to share their progress — which is how the performances on this page came to be.
